Taking Protein After Work Out Directly






It is very important to drink protein directly or through in half an hour after work out  , in order to return the body's energy , or proteins that need it is to the process of building muscle . so drink protein immediately


After training prevents the accumulation of cortisol , a hormone that is secreted after the Physical effort  ,which inhibits the growth of muscle mass .

This hormone is the sworn enemy ..so we should  take care  and avoid that happen  and don't said it  simple  issue but  it is very  serious

Taking protein after exercise compensates all body lost within about 25 minutes after exercise your body  will not receiving protein fastlly

Because during work out growth  and testosterone hormone be at  highest level but
  after 25 minutes it all ends .. and starts to fall to lower levels

You're doing this because resistance exercise breaks down muscle. This requires a fresh infusion of amino acids to repair and build it , If you're lifting weights and you don't consume protein, it's almost counterproductive,

Whey protein is a faster acting protein so it is more effective before and after workouts, but it is important to eat protein from a variety of sources if possible (chicken, fish, lean meat, low fat dairy, beans/legumes, nuts) for optimal performance and health.

 I'll give you some simple calculations to determine how much protein you need after workouts.

  he recommends splitting your dose of protein, eating half 30 minutes before the workout and the other half 30 minutes after. A total of 10 to 20 grams of protein is ideal, he says.


Taking  a piece of bread , because carbohydrates can raise insulin;which speeds muscle growth after your workout  because if you didn't take some carbohydrates with  protein  this slows protein breakdown,

 Moreover, you won't use your stored protein for energy; you'll rely instead on the carbohydrates to replenish you.
