5 ways to get better results in fitness exercises

Many athletes do not use their time well in gym,to achieve positive results, and training without planning, and repeat several times without clear objectives , and without taking into account the needs of the body.
You should develop a new program to determine body's demands, following 5 steps to fixing it.
1) Hybrid training,for many of the exercises within 20 seconds,repeating for 20 seconds of each exercise then take a deep breath and do it eight rounds after that look for the body's resistance,then use dumbbells gradually.
2) Increase training weight with less repeat: increase the weight by 5% while reduce repeating twice.
3) Using iron ball: in order to improve and develop the performance, use iron rings, and lift the weight up to 200 times.
4) Starting with normal weight for you, and then gradually increase the weight by 20%, with increase repetition once, then reduce 20% again in exchange for reducing the repetition.
5) Intensification of exercises: stepped times of exercises to increase calorie burning, and then perform a double exercises to different muscles, and do exercises with 8 iterations, then rest, and repeat again.
