Nutrition Tips for a Body Building - to get Massive Muscles

1 - Diversification in meals
2 - Increase the number of meals from 4 to 5 meal per day
3 - Should take good meal before half an hour from going gym
4 - Drinking enough water during exercise
5 - Maintaining the stomach not reach to starvation phase ( completely empty from food )


The most important meals breakfast, lunch , dinner and and other two to increase the in takes of proteins, especially fish considered the best types of proteins and don't forget eating carbohydrates before work out to provide the body with the energy and after work out eat food rich in proteins, as we said such as fish or beef meat, and I've seen many of bodybuilders after finishing work out eat a can of tuna but after getting rid of the oil is located inside

Finally, We do not overlook the role of doing exercise we should work out with heavy weight each exercise 3- 4 group ,repeat 4 - 8 times and go gym 3-5 days per week ,it is the most appropriate and the best way to get massive muscles and that according to my point of view and my experience in gym and will write soon training program matching with that food program

B - for weight loss
1 - Reduce the number of meals from 2 to 3 meals per day
2 - Do not follow harsh diet because cause complications
3 - reduce the amount of the meal
4 - Eating food free from fat

  1. Thanks for this information.Regular juicing is also a good habit. People who are really concerned of their health may also take help from the women's choice noni juice as the women are more prone to diseases because of their family responsibility and unhealthy eating habit.
