Exercises Must Not Do It

If you love aerobics  and  body building , but  do not have enough experience in these exercises, it may exercised some wrong exercises, which must be completely get away from doing it , and never exercised.

These exercises may think it's useful for your fitness and muscle strengthening, but the fact they are not, and these exercises are:

1) Do not doing push-ups with your hands placed behind the seats, but you can do instead exercises using dumbbells pressure.

2) Do not jump on concrete exercises in order not to harm yourself from collision with asphalt or concrete, you can do instead absorbs the force by bending the knees and push your hips back, and  doing the jumps on the soft places .

3) Do not do  abdominal exercise from Onyx and exercise to move the grinding zone crunches and exercise V-Sits, and instead you can do exercises panels and side panels.

4) Do not do any  excessive pressure exercises on the back area so as not to lead to ruptures can not afford the pain in this region

5) Do not do any exercises without a strong start warm-up exercises for ready  muscles and your body in order to do strong traditional exercises.
