Body Builder should not do these actions after eating





1 Studies have confirmed that smoking one cigarette after eating  equivalent of smoking ten cigarettes, which means the chance of cancer is higher.

2 Do not eat fruit directly after eating your meal, because it works on the stomach is filled with air, so eat fruits  after two hours or an hour before eating.

3 Do not drink tea, because tea leaves contain a large amount of acid, which in turn make it difficult to digest proteins.

4 - Do not loosen your belt after a meal, because it can easily lead to fat to accumulate in the waist and accumulation.

5 - Do not take a shower, because after eating will lead to increased blood flow to the hands, feet and the area surrounding the stomach, causing slower in the process of digestion.

6-  Most people are advising to always walk after every eating your lunch , and that walking will make you live 99 years, and in fact this is not true because the walk will overtax your digestive system, which leads to a lack of ability to extract nutrients in the food.

7 Do not sleep immediately, because the food will not digested well and it increases the acidity and inflammation inside the intestine.
