How to Get Broad Shoulders



Obviously broad shoulders are good looking and attractive.the shoulders actually widen with exercises .

I would highly recommend doing military presses first at the start of your routine. this will allow you to use more weight 


 Military Presses ,is best mass building exercise for the shoulders you will have better results. upright rows with a wide grip are good and through in some lateral raises



Your shoulders will take time to develop so be patient and make sure your diet and rest is in order.
