Bodybuilding it is simulate  body's muscles to grow through training ,feed the muscle and then take a rest ,the results  will appear  after a long period of time more than 6 months.

What is the purpose of work out ?
Increase muscle mass in the body which leads to improving the shape of the muscles.

What are the main rules of Body Building?

1 - Training .
2 - Nutrition .
3 - comfort.

First: Training

Stimulating the muscle tissue to grow in order to adapt with muscular effort  which exerted on .

What is the training in the sport of bodybuilding ?

training is a  process of systole and diastole muscles more than 120 repetition , for example chest work out is consisted of  4 different exercise  each one 4 groups and each group 10  repeat so total 160 repeat  .

How to get the training programs ?

1 - from your trainer in gym .
2 - professional sport of bodybuilding .
3 - books, magazines and Internet sites are perfectly competent objects.

Second: Nutrition

What is the purpose of nutrition ?
1 - Supplying muscle tissue of materials to build and to compensate the process of demolition.
2 - Supplying the human body with energy and activity in order to help him in the training process .

What is the proper nutrition System ?

Eating 5 meals per day integrated containse proteins , carbohydrates, vitamins and healthy fats .

Third: Rest
What is the purpose of Rest time ?

The rest time is the  time that happens in  it  new arrangement of the cells and  the process of building be better than  .

What are the times of comfort for the body ?

1 -  sleep eight hours per night.
2 - The rest day permeate the training program
