What are amino acids
Amino acids are the building blocks of protein , as well as muscle tissue and they also play a key role in physiological processes related to our energy , recovery , mood, brain function and muscle and strength gains , and also in our quest for fat loss .
Amino acids are divided into 3 sections:
1 - Basic Amino acids
2 - Conditionally Essential Amino Acids
3 - Nonessential Amino acids
Basic Amino acids are essential :
The Basic Amino acids are 8 and not manufactured in the body and must be obtained from plant or animal protein :
1 - Tryptophan :
Acid helps to relax and reduce stress and insomnia and anxiety , and also a lot of depression and also helps in the treatment of migraines and improvement of the immune system and reduce the dangers of heart disease and arteries , and works with acid lysine to reduce cholesterol levels in the body .
2 - Lysine :
Ensures that calcium is absorbed well and helps the formation of collagen which is found in cartilage and connective tissue and helps in the production of antibodies and hormones and enzymes , and also reduce the growth of viruses, thus preventing some diseases , when you said happening fatigue and lack of concentration and impaired growth and anemia ( anemia ) .
3 - Methionine :
Main supplier of sulfur , which in turn helps the integrity of the hair and skin and nails , and also reduces cholesterol levels to help the liver to produce lecithin and reduces liver fat and protects the college and regulates the production of minerals such as ammonia and reduces inflammation of the bladder
4 - Phenylalanine :
The brain used by to produce a chemical compound that transmits signals between nerve cells and the brain activity and cause pain and reduce the sensation of hunger next to improve memory and reduce depression .
5 - threonine :
Key element of the collagen and helps prevent the accumulation of fat in the liver and also helps in the process of digestion and absorption
6 - Valin :
Improves the performance of the brain and muscles and helps tie in the sense of calm and lack of nerve
7 and 8 - to Usain and Usain to ISO :
Provide elements to some important biochemical processes in the body , which includes the production of energy and alert the brain and a sense of activity and vitality
Conditionally Essential Amino Acids
It is named Conditionally Essential Amino Acids because the body can not produce in sufficient quantities during the illness or injury or emotional stress and they are 7 types:
1 - Arginine :
Improves the performance of the immune system against bacteria , viruses and tumor cells and accelerates wound healing and regeneration of the liver and thus the secretion of growth hormone and is essential for muscle growth and repair of tissues and hospitalization .
2 - Tyrosine :
Transfer nerve impulses to the brain and Bahassan of memory performance and overcome depression and also a sense of activity
3 - Glutamine :
The brain food because it improves mental functioning well
And accelerates the healing of ulcers and to get rid of tiredness and fatigue and helps in cases of schizophrenia and alcoholism beside hospitalization muscle and decrease the loss of muscle
4 - Taorén :
Indirectly helps in the treatment of epilepsy and Altaoren and sulfur are very important to control several biochemical processes occur with increasing age and is also an essential component of each energy drinks .
5 - histidine :
Helps in the treatment of arthritis and allergies and anemia and is important in the overall growth and healing tissues and helps in the digestive process , indirectly, and I said in the body cause hearing impairment .
6 - Brolin :
Is very important for the joints and tendons and helps in quick healing of wounds and also strengthen the heart muscle
7 - Cysteine :
Acts as an antioxidant and helps the body 's protection against radiation and pollution and is very important for the formation of the skin and also reduces the aging process
Nonessential Amino acids
It is named by Nonessential Amino acids because the can produce in sufficient quantities can be dispensed with in the eating and the number 6 acids :
1 - Glycine :
Improving the delivery of oxygen to the muscles to produce energy and is important for the immune system
2 - Serene :
Given antibodies for the immune system thus improves performance and storage source of glucose .
3 and 4 - Aasebratic acid and asparagine :
Help in the expulsion of harmful ammonia from the body for being sometimes toxic and harmful to the nervous system and reduces depression and help the resistance against fatigue and provide stamina .
5 - whine :
A very important source of energy and improves the immune system and helps in the burning of sugar and organic acids
What is amino acids job :
Amino acids essential to the human body in general.
Help bodybuilder in muscle recovery after hard training and for growing muscles better .
Amino acids play an important role in the production of many of the body's enzymes .
Amino acids play a role in improving mood , attention and sleep well.
Its role in stimulating hormones
Method of approach :
Of 1-2 grams amino acids 3-4 times a day ..
Note:
Bodybuilder does not depend on amino acids products only as a source of protein and if he depend on it will be forced into taking large doses of them
An example of this :
Bodybuilder who weighs 100 kg , he needs at least 200 grams of protein per day divided into several meals
If we assume that the player eating 150 grams of protein foods and wants to complete the daily amount of protein so using complementary amino acids that Bodybuilder will be forced to eat 50 grams of amino acids which equivalent of 25-30 tablets
