5 ways to get better results in fitness exercises

You should develop a new program to determine body's demands, following 5 steps to fixing it. 1) Hybrid training,for many of the exercises within 20 seconds,repeating for 20 seconds of each exercise then take a deep breath and do it eight rounds after that look for the body's resistance,then use dumbbells gradually. 2) Increase training weight  with less repeat: increase the weight by 5% while reduce repeating twice. 3) Using iron ball: in order to improve and develop the performance, use  iron rings, and lift the weight up to 200 times. 4) Starting with  normal weight for you, and then gradually increase the weight by 20%, with  increase repetition once, then reduce 20% again in exchange for reducing the repetit
