Tips to get Huge and Powerful Biceps

Most people alleged that there is a secret how to get biceps, but in fact there is no mystery at all, here are some tips and warnings to increase the size and muscle mass of biceps.

1. Combine Hummer exercise to your exercise groups :


When talking about biceps muscle, everyone starts talking about changing the angles of the exercise, but do not take into account the exercise of brachialis, many of trainee have thin brachialis,  your workout for brachialis will add a great form of muscle is also a good size, so combine Hummer exercise to your exercise groups and you will see a marked increase in muscle size and shape.

2. Work out your biceps after a day of rest:


If you have muscle  weak biceps so start work out it after the rest day, most trainee begin their week work out by large muscle  postponement, biceps work out to end of week , which does not lead to good results in the growth of the muscles of the arms they have, so you have to work out your biceps after a day of rest, and also eat a lot of carbohydrates on that day until the store glycogen in your muscles and keeps you focus on exercise and not feel tired quickly.

3. Weight control:

Focusing on motor performance during exercise and weight control, this is very important. Many of trainee begin to carry large weights do not take into consideration the exercise focus, and thus lose their effect on biceps muscle , especially when they start using back muscles with biceps to lift weights, so every time  make sure of  contraction on muscle and focus only on biceps , do not  move all your body during work out .

1. Do not make your work out  complicated:


Do not make your work out  complicated, but try to make it  easy,  so not  use many devices to work out  particular part of muscle, but committed to using regular exercise and committed to the extent of motor and will get stronger and bigger muscles.

2. Do not work out biceps with back muscles :


Bicep muscle work as help muscle significantly in back muscle work out,so do not work out biceps on the same day which will work out  back on it , to not straining  biceps  too much, and thus lead to a failure to grow well, and also if you work out  the muscles of your back  next day to workout your biceps , So you strain a biceps muscle with great force.


3. Not straining biceps :

The  majority of trainee do much work out to biceps ,they said we can not get  big and strong biceps , so they have to not trained biceps to much and  give it enough time  to restore the building and healing after an intense workout  and make it grow correctly
