Protein Bars







Protein bars are a great way to streamline your diet and get in a
quick bodybuilding snack when you're on the go.

Unfortunately, most commercial protein bars are very low quality
choices. Most are packed with crappy protein sources (such
as gelatin and soy protein), high amounts of simple sugar, junk
ingredients and useless fillers and additives that you really
don’t need in your diet.
